Recipes we love...
Spiced Cranberry Sauce
12 oz bag fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
Combine ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium/high
heat. Reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes or until cranberries pop. Stir occasionally.
[Note: this recipe is even better the next day after the flavors have melded and
has been in refrigerator]
