Winter Vegetables and Fruit choices will change through the season: (winter 2012)
Apples, Arugula, Beets, Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrots, Celerac (celery root), Chards, Garlic, Green beans, Kale, Lettuce, Onions, Parsley, Parsnips, Peppers, Potatoes, Radishes, Rutabaga, Salad Mix, Snap Peas, Squashes, Sweet Potatoes,Turnips
Additional winter items are always sourced as close to our Chester, NH location as possible. Due to the cold New England winters we have to source some items from the southern East Coast States for freshness. We only source East Coast produce when needed and only from the USA.
