Recipes we love...
Kale Chips (wicked easy!)
I use Lacinato (Dinosaur) Kale for these.
Wash and dry the Kale, remove the center vein and cut into chip size pieces.
rub EV olive oil on them and salt.
Bake in a 350 oven for 7 minutes and turn over to bake for 7 minutes more and enjoy!
