Beet Chips (sweet and tasty)
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
wash the beets thoroughly (you don't have to skin them)
slice thin 1/8 inch thick maximum
arrange on a cookie sheet drizzled with olive oil
bake for 15 minutes or until edges curl turning once.
salt to taste
